It is so refreshing to see there are great Christian websites out there that are actually owned by Christians, and not just non-Christians trying to make a buck.
That’s basically why I started this website. I have experience in eCommerce, online marketing, search engine optimization and much more. But my other websites do not allow me to fully do the Lord’s work.
I want to be able to channel my online talents into something that pleases the Lord. I want to meet other Christians online worldwide. I want to serve the Lord in everything that I do. None of the things that I have are mine. They are all God’s. I am simply a steward of his things. As Christians, we must be good stewards over all that we have been blessed with. And we must use our God-given gifts so that it is pleasing to him.
I was saved when I was a young man. My father was a music minister in a Southern Baptist church in Texas. But when I joined the U.S. Army, after graduating high school, I started doing things that did not glorify God. Although I was convicted about each and every decision I made, I still continued to sin.
A few years ago my family found a great Church family, and I re-dedicated myself to the Lord. This church family was instrumental in helping me to renew my walk with Christ. It is true that you don’t have to go to church to be saved and get into heaven. But I know that being a part of a strong church family helped me to get on the right path of God’s will.
In these last few years, Christian music has also been an unbelievable inspiration to me. While I am driving down the road, I tune in to Air1 www.air1.com or KLove www.klove.com and God always speaks to me through the DJ’s or through the music of Chris Tomlin, Toby Mac, Jeremy Camp, Brandon Heath, Third Day and more! The first time I shed a tear listening to the radio was when I heard Chris Tomlin’s ‘Amazing Grace - My Chains Are Gone’ on Klove. It is amazing how much that spiritual music can move you. When you are not listening to a great sermon, or reading the Bible, great Christian music can really keep you going.
Each and every day, I strive to be more like our Lord. We are all human and live in fleshly bodies. But as Christians, we can do anything.
“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Phillipians 4:13
We can’t just sit on the sideline and be fans of Christianity. As Christians, we must be like Christ. We must minister to others and use our spiritual gifts to reach out to the lost.
I look forward to meeting other people through ChristianHangout.net. Whether you are a Christian or not, you are welcome here.
Thank you for stopping by and God Bless you!
